Founding attorney Matt McLoughlin brings over 12 years of experience in immigration matters, beginning as a law clerk in the nonprofit sector before becoming an attorney.
With his nonprofit work, he served as that organization’s liaison to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, ensuring compliance and preparing immigration cases under attorney supervision for hundreds of individuals.
Today, as an attorney, Matt’s practice spans both family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
He holds law degrees from both the University of London and the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, bringing an international perspective to his work.
Originally from N.Ireland and Cyprus, and an immigrant to the United States himself, Matt understands firsthand the realities of immigration. Matt resides in the beautiful town of Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys scuba diving and international travel, having visited 47 countries and counting!
